Cognizant on Wednesday said it will acquire the professional services and application management practices of OneSource Virtual, a Workday partner based in Dallas.
Acquiring these practices will complement Cognizant’s existing finance and human resources advisory implementation services with Workday, expanding capabilities in consulting, deployment and post-deployment support across North America and the U.K.
Cognizant did not disclose the financial terms of the deal, which is anticipated to close by year-end 2022, subject to satisfaction of closing conditions.
Cognizant, based in India and with U.S. offices in Teaneck, will add 400 employees of OneSource through the deal, bolstering its strength of certified professionals who can do Workday implementation and support
