Hanson’s Team Lizzack-Horning comprised of Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the landlord, Avenel Medical Center, and Equity Real Estate Brokerage represented the tenant, R.W. Smith & Associates LLC, in the transaction.
Located on the border of Avenel and Rahway, the asset is a four-story, 70,000-square-foot office building featuring both office and medical office space and ample on-site parking.
Chosen as the exclusive brokerage team for the property, Team Lizzack-Horning has been tasked with filling the building’s space with tenants that can benefit from its position near the highly trafficked New Jersey Turnpike. Looking to lessen its employee’s commutes, R.W. Smith & Associates LLC, took interest in the property’s location and accessibility.
