Cushman & Wakefield on Wednesday said it arranged the sale of a 30,327-square-foot retail asset located at 3163 Marne Highway in Mount Laurel. The final sale price was $4,900,000.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Andrew Schwartz, Jordan Sobel and Andre Balthazard represented the seller, Mt. Laurel Center LLC, an affiliate of The Becker Organization, and procured the buyer, 3163 Holdings LLC, in the transaction.
“The property is ideally located in a dynamic area with abundant retail offerings and significant corporate presence,” Schwartz said. “The center is anchored by 7-Eleven and benefits from a diversified rent roll from 12 tenants.”
The property is situated on 4.37 acres of land and features 157 parking spaces.
The asset is located at the intersection of Marne Highway and Larchmont Boulevard, only 1.5 miles off Exit 40 of Interstate 295, allowing for easy access to Philadelphia and the greater New Jersey area.
