Riker Danzig LLP on Friday said it recently welcomed associate Steven Davis to the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Securities Litigation, Arbitration, Regulation and Investigations Groups.
Davis has extensive experience representing financial services professionals and broker-dealers in complex commercial litigation and business disputes in both state and federal courts, as well as FINRA expungement proceedings, employment transitions and regulatory inquiries and investigations.
Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Davis worked as an associate with Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP in New York, New York.
