NAI James E. Hanson on Monday announced that one of its own leaders, Chris Todd, was recently named secretary of the New Jersey Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
Founded in 1941, SIOR is a leading global professional office and industrial real estate association with 3,600 members in 45 countries. Nationally, the SIOR designation represents the most knowledgeable, experienced and successful real estate brokerage specialists.
The New Jersey Chapter of SIOR’s membership spans 80 of the state’s most respected brokers, 11 of whom are NAI James E. Hanson brokers.
“I would like to thank SIOR NJ for placing their faith in me as I step into the leadership ranks of the one of state’s most prestigious real estate organizations,” Todd said. “In my new role, I hope to build upon the foundation put in place by those before me and positively impact this great organization.
Since joining NAI Hanson is 2013, Todd’s extensive experience and understanding of the northern New Jersey market earned him a reputation for delivering trusted service to many of the nation’s leading institutional real estate investors and dozens of businesses.
