A period of steady transactional activity at High Pointe Commons in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, has recently seen a new commitment with athletic shoe and apparel franchise Fleet Feet (2,700 square feet) and a long-term lease extension with junior anchor Christmas Tree Shops (35,000 square feet), according to a Monday announcement from Levin Management Corp.
Strategically positioned off Exit 2 of Interstate 283, the property serves a residential population of more than 163,500 people within a five-mile radius and a daytime population of 127,000 within those same five miles. According to real-time traffic data from consulting company Placer.ai, High Pointe Commons draws 3.1 million visits per year.
North Plainfield-based Levin serves as exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 325,000-square-foot regional shopping center. LMC leasing representative Fred Younkin arranged both transactions on behalf of the property’s ownership.
“Great things are happening at High Pointe Commons,” Younkin said. “Fleet Feet is a wonderful addition to the tenant mix and will attract even more customers to the center. Christmas Tree Shops has been a long-time presence at High Pointe Commons; this lease extension underscores the confidence that tenants have in the property as a business location.”
