No. 1 on the list last year, Paladino continues to be one of the most active players in the state, especially in his home base of New Brunswick, where he recently held the topping-off ceremony for the Jack and Sheryl Morris Cancer Center, a 12-story, 520,000-square-foot transformative center. Devco continues work on the Hub, a $665 million, 560,000-square-foot facility that will serve as a center for innovation, translational research and medical education in New Brunswick, as well as major initiatives in Atlantic City (phase 2 of the Gateway project) and Paterson (Great Falls area redevelopment).
