It is a national player, but it would be easy to think it has made Newark its top priority. The firm is partnering on Georgia King Village, a project featuring 78 affordable rental apartments for low- and moderate-income households, including 16 set aside for homeless individuals, as well as offering transformative health care and social services. It is working with New Jersey Performing Arts Center on its $150 million transformational masterplan that will expand the arts and education district … and with the Newark Museum on its $92 million plan that will expand its galleries and education center. And it worked with Ironstate on the 18-story Newark Urby, which brought 249 market-rate units to the city.
