As if the topping-off ceremony this summer for 777 McCarter — the largest multifamily residential building in Newark history — wasn’t enough, Boraie Development and Shaquille O’Neal announced their next big project: Newark Waterfront, a 333-unit multifamily project, which hopes to break ground by the end of the year. And, while the two buildings increase the firm’s holding in Newark, Boraie is active up and down the state, with additional projects in Jersey City, Bayonne, New Brunswick and Atlantic City.
