Parsippany-based PBF Energy Inc. on Thursday said Karen Davis will assume the role of chief financial officer, on an interim basis, effective Jan. 1, 2023.
Davis previously served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Western Refining and its affiliated entities, Western Refining Logistics LP and Northern Tier Energy LP, through May 2017.
During her career, Davis has served in various chief financial officer and financial reporting officer positions with various public and private companies throughout the U.S. She has served as an independent director of PBF Energy since January 2020 and the chairperson of the Audit Committee since October 2020. From 2017 through 2019, she served as a director of PBF Logistics LP, where she was a member of the Audit and the Conflicts committees.

In connection with the assumption of the duties of interim CFO, Davis will step down from the board.
