Coworking concept Workshoppes has leased 1,999 square feet at the Shoppes at North Brunswick, Azarian Realty announced. It is the company’s first location.

The Shoppes at North Brunswick is a 147,000-square-foot lifestyle center located on Route 1 & 130. It offers a variety of over 35 national brands including fast casual and sit-down restaurants, retailers, fitness centers and second-floor offices.
The addition of Workshoppes will further diversify the mix of amenities and experiences that the Shoppes at North Brunswick has to offer. In addition, the property is minutes from Rutgers University – New Brunswick and is surrounded by a densely populated trade area.
