The Franklin at Hillsborough, a 44-unit luxury community by Adoni Property Group in Hillsborough’s new downtown area at 649 Route 206, has begun preleasing, Coldwell Banker Realty announced Wednesday.
Occupancy for the community is scheduled to begin Feb. 1, 2023.
Located adjacent to the Hillsborough Centre mall, the Franklin at Hillsborough offers one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 1,000 to 1,300 square feet.
All units feature spacious floor plans; large kitchens with islands, modern quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances; spacious walk-in closets, extra-large windows and private outdoor space. In addition, each residence comes with one assigned outdoor parking space and select residences feature garage parking.
Residences at the Franklin at Hillsborough start at $2,350 a month plus three months of free rent on a 12-month lease.
Doug and Susan Klein from Coldwell Banker Realty’s Hillsborough office are serving as the leasing and marketing team for the community.
