Cushman & Wakefield welcomes next generation of talent to brokerage services roster

17 added to the firm's market-leading teams in N.J.

Cushman & Wakefield recently hired 17 next-generation professionals in New Jersey to round out the firm’s talented market-leading capital markets, leasing and operations teams.

“Cushman & Wakefield is heavily invested in the future generation of commercial real estate leaders, and we are thrilled to welcome our new hires, who will bolster our diverse and thriving workforce with new perspectives, creativity and problem-solving skills, empowering us to continue to best serve our clients,” Michael Staskiewicz, senior managing director, leadership coach & business strategist, said.

Building out its capital markets team includes new hires Samantha Miller, Morgan Brechman and Alex Morgan, who will serve as associates specializing in business development for the firm’s Multifamily Advisory Group. Also joining the capital markets team are Jean-Pierre Hohl and Maia Sirabian, along with Bill Baunach, who recently transitioned from the firm’s Valuation and Advisory Practice Group, all serving as financial analysts. Emily Doyle also joins the team as a graphic designer.

New additions to the leasing teams include Jeff Volpi as a director, Morgan Nitti and Patrick Dean as associates who will focus on business development, and Michelle Davies, who will serve as a graphic designer. Virginia Varela, AnaMaria Lewis, Jacqueline Corbo, Yulanda Matos and Staci Giammona all join Cushman & Wakefield as brokerage specialists, a critical role that empowers the firm’s brokerage professionals to focus solely on their unique strengths.

Additionally, Ruddyna Roldan recently transitioned from Cushman & Wakefield’s financial services/global occupier services team to the Danzig/Nissim industrial team, where she will serve as a director.

“We are dedicated to energizing around the notion of one collaborative team and our recruiting efforts have been very intentional, building upon the vision led by our managing principal, Peter Bronsnick, of an integrated platform with the ability to leverage service lines that include the best team of advisers in the industry. Our new brokerage specialists, business development associates, analysts and designers are foundational to our winning culture and will serve as a catalyst for increased market share,” Staskiewicz added.

Also joining Cushman & Wakefield is Elisabete Correia, who will serve as manager for the operations team, focusing on overall operational excellence, process improvement and the development of the support team to continue to enhance the overall brokerage experience.

“Each new team member is vital to our success, and we are looking forward to carrying our hiring momentum into the next year,” Vicky Fajardo, director of operations, said. “Our goal is to cultivate next-generation talent within the commercial real estate industry and guarantee the highest quality of service for our clients in New Jersey.”
