Alfred Sanzari Enterprises inks renewal with I-FE Apparel to continue 19-year relationship in South Hackensack

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises on Tuesday said that I-FE Apparel Inc. signed a 36,165-square-foot renewal at 10/12 Horizon Blvd. in South Hackensack.

Sanzari was represented by Vice President of Leasing & Marketing Stephen Jennings in the transaction.

Founded in 1994, I-FE Apparel operates under the brand names of PJ Mark and Bleeker & Mercer, which are clothing and apparel brands drawing inspiration from the culture of New York. Designed for individuals whose lifestyles are active, functional and trendy, PJ Mark and Bleecker & Mercer apparel features modern and innovative details that can appeal to everyone.

10/12 Horizon Blvd. is a multitenanted, 57,225-square-foot, single-story industrial building featuring eight loading docks less than a mile from Teterboro Airport and just over 15 miles from Port Newark. The building’s location places tenants in the heart of the Meadowlands with easy access to the New Jersey Turnpike, Routes 3 and 46, and Interstate 80. The building’s connectivity to major north-south and east-west transportation arteries, as well as air and sea freight options, make it an ideal space for tenants with far-reaching distribution needs like I-FE Apparel.

“Providing an unparalleled tenant experience is at the heart of our company’s success,” Jennings said. “Since it’s our goal to ensure our tenants are happy, comfortable and thriving within our properties, it’s exceptionally gratifying when tenants such as I-FE Apparel choose to renew their lease. We are excited to extend a relationship that already spans nearly two decades and continue to give them the adaptable and accessible space they need to find success.”
