Alfred Sanzari Enterprises on Thursday announced a 6,407-square-foot renewal with the Cornea and Laser Eye Institute at Glenpointe Centre East in Teaneck.
The tenant was represented by Leslie Florio of Clover Realty Group.
Founded in 1995, the Cornea and Laser Eye Institute is a nationally renowned center specializing in laser, refractive, keratoconus and corneal eye surgery. The practice’s wide-ranging expertise, paired with a focus on delivering the highest-quality patient care results, has made it one of the nation’s most sought-after and trusted surgery centers.
The renewal with the Cornea and Laser Eye Institute builds upon Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ strong leasing activity at the 670,000-square-foot Glenpointe corporate campus in 2022.
