Alltite Manufacturing takes new space in Hillsborough

Alltite Manufacturing Corp. has signed a lease for a 1,095-square-foot space in the Hillsborough Business Center, Larken Associates said.

Alltite has been a tenant at the 550,000-square-foot, 27-building industrial/flex complex since August 2016. However, the company’s evolution and changing needs necessitated a move to a new space within the complex.

The new space is part of the recent 18,000-square-foot expansion of Hillsborough Business Center, which is located on Stryker Lane.

Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates, said the group was happy to make the arrangements.

“One of the biggest challenges facing today’s industrial tenants is navigating the market to find space that truly fits their evolving needs,” he said. “Recognizing the real estate challenges that can face our tenants, we carefully designed Hillsborough Business Center to offer businesses an opportunity to grow within the complex.

“In this case, our continued investments into the property allowed us to help a longtime tenant find a new home that could meet their needs today and into the future.”

Hillsborough Business Center features a prime location one block east of Route 206 in Somerset County and is easily accessible from Routes 1, 22 and 206, as well as Interstates 78 and 287. The property is ideal for a range of tenant uses, including research and development, lab, warehousing, distribution, light manufacturing and product assembly as well as fitness, recreation and day care.

With units ranging from 288 square feet up to 40,000 square feet, Hillsborough Business Center can accommodate tenants of all sizes, and each suite features a separate entrance and 18-20-foot clear ceilings, plus a tailboard and/or drive-in doors. Additionally, the property offers ample parking as well as an on-site self-storage facility.
