Marlton-based WCRE on Wednesday said it hired Grace LaDelfa as its new property manager to help accelerate and expand the firm’s facilities and property management growth in the Philadelphia & southern New Jersey region.
LaDelfa’s prior work experience is in a variety of industries — legal, energy, international business and commercial real estate. LaDelfa also will be able to utilize her prior commercial real estate experience to support the WCRE Brokerage & Advisory Team.
Prior to joining WCRE, LaDelfa managed a portfolio of commercial real estate in the southern New Jersey region while also handling all marketing initiatives for the properties, including strategic research, demographic analysis, social media and digital advertising. Most recently, she worked with Star Real Estate and EUS International, where she held the position of property manager and business development specialist.
“Adding Grace to our team is going to provide a huge boost now and for our future plans. Her vast industry and operations experience, community commitment, personality and knowledge of the region is a perfect match for our property management team at WCRE,” Maria Russ, director of property management at WCRE, stated.
“The WCRE team is regarded as one of the most innovative and forward-looking commercial real estate, property management, brokerage and advisory firms in the area,” LaDelfa said. “I am honored to join their team and I look forward to using my experience to transform and grow the WCRE property management brand across the region.”
