Prudential’s Kuykendoll appointed to Integrity House board of trustees

The current chief financial officer for Prudential Group Insurance, Maurice Kuykendoll, on Wednesday was named as the newest member of Newark-based Integrity House‘s board of trustees.

As one of the largest providers of substance use disorder treatment and mental health services licensed in the state of New Jersey, Integrity House helps individuals and families through an effective and measurable system of comprehensive therapeutic community addictions treatment, mental health treatment and recovery support.

Kuykendoll brings a wealth of valuable hands-on experience and perspective to the Integrity House board.

Prior to his current role at Prudential, Kuykendoll held roles of increasing responsibility with the firm. Kuykendoll also served as the national co-director for the Black Leadership Forum, one of the company’s business resource groups; he recently passed the leadership title on, but is still an active BLF member.

“I’m excited to join the board of Integrity House, an award-winning organization that is making an incredible impact in the lives of people across New Jersey. The leadership and staff are dedicated to their work and bring the most innovative and effective methods to enable lasting change, and I am pleased to be able to contribute to the great work that Integrity House has done for well over 50 years,” Kuykendoll said.

Integrity House seeks to rebuild and transform lives, families and communities as the leading provider of integrated mental health physical health, and addiction services. The board of trustees is charged with setting policies that help to fulfill that mission, while contributing knowledge, insight and perspective that guide the organization’s direction.

“I am beyond thrilled to have Maurice join our Integrity House board. Given his experiences, his work ethic and his commitment to help guide methods of lasting change, I have no doubt that he will be a crucial and important contributor to our mission,” Dierdre Malloy, chairperson of Integrity House board of trustees, said.

Kuykendoll serves on the board of directors of the Gloucester Institute, the advisory board of the Hampton University School of Business and the board of Rising Tide Capital.
