Joseph Carnevale was promoted to partner in Grassi’s Park Ridge office. He provides industry-specific tax and assurance services for a variety of market sectors, with a specialization in advising closely held and family-owned businesses in real estate, manufacturing and distribution, and professional services.
Keith Guillemain was promoted to partner in Grassi’s Park Ridge office. He advises family-owned and closely held businesses in the professional services, retail and real estate industries. Guillemain specializes in strategic tax, accounting and advisory services that help clients reach their financial and business objectives.
Timothy Coners was promoted to partner in Grassi’s Tax Practice. He advises clients on tax planning, projections and compliance on the federal, state and local levels. Coners provides guidance on credits and incentives, structuring, deferral strategies and complex tax issues, with a specialization in the construction industry. He is based in the firm’s Jericho, New York, office.
Jaime Rapps was promoted to partner and will continue to play a key leadership role in the firm’s Nonprofit and Healthcare practices. Based in the firm’s New York City office, Rapps specializes in financial reporting, audits and advisory services for charitable organizations and health care entities. He has helped museums, schools, skilled nursing facilities and other organizations advance their missions through financial and operational best practices.
