Larken Associates on Tuesday said it will expand its Branchburg Executive Suites in Branchburg.
Larken plans to grow the 7,500-square-foot space by an additional 2,000 square feet to better accommodate the next-generation workspace for corporate professionals, freelancers and contractors.
Located at 3322 Route 22, the Executive Suites platform currently encompasses over 18,778 square feet of fully furnished, modern office spaces at Branchburg Commons, a 116,526-square-foot medical and professional office campus.
Executive Suites also encompasses three additional locations across New Jersey — Suite Life at Amwell Mall at 450 Amwell Road in Hillsborough, Suite Life at Parsippany Commons at 3219 Route 46 E. in Parsippany and Amwell Executive Suites at 390 Amwell Road in Hillsborough. Featuring short-term and month-to-month leases, Executive Suites range from 100 square feet to 800 square feet and include 24-hour access, high-speed internet access, state-of-the-art keyless and phone entry systems, shared kitchen and lounge areas, shared reception and waiting areas, included utilities and fully equipped shared conference facilities with web-based scheduling systems.
“Since the start of the pandemic and the growth of remote work, we have seen a significant increase in the number of people searching for flexible professional office spaces,” Rob Marek, the executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates, stated. “Through the expansion of our Branchburg Executive Suites, we will soon be able to help professionals secure the office spaces they need to grow their businesses.”
Construction is slated for completion in the second quarter.
