Hoboken’s five-story Wonder Lofts condo building officially brought to market

Hoboken’s Wonder Lofts is taking contemporary living one step further with the release of a newly built condominium building, according to a Wednesday announcement.

The boutique five-story building features an intimate collection of just 15 spacious homes, of which half have already been sold. Located at 731 Clinton St., the newest offering sits directly across from the original Wonder Lofts building, circa 1909, which has been converted from its former use as the famed bread factory into 68 luxury condominiums — more than 75% of which has already been sold.

Wonder Lofts owes its blend of industrial history and modern elegance to a team of professionals including Hoboken-based MVMK Architecture + Design, which served as the project architect, and Manhattan-based Workshop/APD, which served as the interior designer. These firms collaborated with an ownership team consisting of Prism Capital Partners, Angelo Gordon and Parkwood Development and its exclusive sales and marketing agent CORE in creating the vision of a community that is now a reality.

731 Clinton St. boasts a façade that mixes red brick with glass and light grey aluminum. Homes are distinguished by large interior spaces with designer finishes and appointments and expansive outdoor spaces that include private backyards or rooftop patios.

Homeowners also have access to a comprehensive collection of amenities. The new building opens with a decorated 1,538-square-foot home that features three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a corner rooftop patio cabana and a deeded garage parking space.

“There’s certainly a segment of the buying public that favors all new construction, and these homes allow them to enjoy the same high level of luxury, comfort and soaring living spaces for which Wonder Lofts is known, but in a brand-new building and an even more intimate setting,” Robert Fourniadis, senior vice president – residential of Prism Capital Partners, said. “The appeal of this boutique offering is clear, with half of its homes already sold, and we’re delighted to now showcase a furnished residence to further demonstrate its unique lifestyle.”

Each home in the new building provides all the design elements found throughout the overall Wonder Lofts collection, including designer kitchens that open to spacious living rooms, primary bedrooms with a large walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with large walk-in-shower, soaking tub and dual sink vanity, large windows, a Latch smart home entry system and abundant storage. Other features found in many of the homes include a half-bath located off the great room, multifunctional den/home office, and a separate laundry room with custom cabinetry and a utility sink. Each home comes with deeded parking in an on-site secure parking garage and private outdoor space.

Residents can also enjoy 14,400 square feet of shared indoor and outdoor amenities that create an elevated lifestyle at Wonder Lofts. The highest rooftop, with its 360-degree views of the Manhattan skyline, all of Hoboken and beyond, is a beautifully landscaped patio lounge featuring an infinity-edge swimming pool with lounge chairs, a circular outdoor bar underneath the restored water tower, gas barbeque grills and abundant dining and lounge seating areas with a fire pit.

The building also features a two-story, 24-hour attended lobby, an additional large residents’ lounge with fireplace and coworking/study area, a secure onsite parking garage with electric car charging stations and a pet grooming area that will provide a pleasant space for residents to pamper their furry family members.

Remaining homes at Wonder Lofts are priced from $1.899 million to $3.499 million.
