The 2023 ReNew Jersey Business Summit & Expo, set for March 14-15 in Atlantic City, will have conversations regarding the New Jersey economic climate from both the state and national perspectives.
The second panel on the first day will feature U.S. Rep. Josh Gottheimer (D-5th Dist.) and Neil Bradley, the chief policy officer and head of strategic advocacy for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
Gottheimer and Bradley will discuss the national business outlook — and its impact on New Jersey Issues important to business at a national level will be addressed.
The two will discuss the top states for doing business, the policies that make them attractive to companies — and what New Jersey needs to do to join that list.
The next panel will add the New Jersey perspective, as a group of regional chamber of commerce executives will discuss why their members stay in New Jersey — and what can be done to assist them better.
That panel, moderated by Gil Medina of CBRE, will talk about the advantages New Jersey has over other states, how New Jersey can better leverage its positives and policies needed to make the business climate stronger.
Panelists will include:

- Meghan Hunscher, CEO, Morris County Chamber of Commerce;
- Jim Kirkos, CEO, Meadowlands Chamber;
- Chris Phelan, CEO, Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce;
- Christina Renna, CEO, Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey.
