Alloy Silverstein, a leading accounting and advisory firm in southern New Jersey, has won the Best of Accounting 5-Year Diamond Award from ClearlyRated for providing superior service to its clients for at least five consecutive years.
The firm, based in Cherry HIll, has proven to be an industry leader in service quality, based entirely on ratings provided by their clients. Fewer than 1% of CPA firms in the U.S. and in Canada achieve Best of Accounting status, and just 27% of the 2023 Best of Accounting winners earned the Diamond Award distinction.
For the fifth year, Alloy Silverstein accountants and advisers earned high marks from their surveyed clients, receiving satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 91.1% of their clients this year, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 50% in 2022.
Clients of Best of Accounting winners are more than 70% more likely to be satisfied than those who work with nonwinning firms.
