Lee & Associates New Jersey elevates one to partner; reflects growth-from-within culture

Lee & Associates New Jersey said Tuesday it promoted industrial brokerage specialist Troy Wisse to partner. The move reflects the commercial real estate firm’s emphasis on growing and rewarding talent as it expands its services and footprint in the Garden State.

This latest promotion is Wisse’s fourth since joining the Elmwood Park-based company in 2016 as an associate in the Industrial Brokerage Division. A Lee & Associates partner enjoys an advanced split structure, participation in profit sharing, influence in company decision-making and more.

Lee & Associates’ Jason Lynch, principal, said: “Troy has made a name for himself in the northern New Jersey industrial market by developing in-depth knowledge of this sector, and he excels at building and maintaining key relationships. His expertise and dedication have been integral to moving the company forward, and we look forward to his ongoing, valuable contribution as we evolve our strategic vision and culture.”

Wisse began his career at Lee & Associates as a brokerage intern. He was promoted to assistant vice president in 2019, specializing in representation for acquisitions and dispositions of industrial real estate from the Port Market to the Meadowlands. He was named a vice president in early 2022.

“Lee & Associates is a great place to establish and grow a career,” Wisse said. “From the beginning, the firm provided the resources and mentoring that laid the groundwork for me to develop and advance professionally. Senior leadership has been incredibly generous in helping me foster the relationships that are essential to success in this industry, and they have encouraged and supported me every step of the way.”

In his new position, Wisse looks forward to contributing to Lee & Associates’ future growth by nurturing new talent, while continuing to provide exceptional service for the firm’s industrial clients.

“Partners are the pillars of our organization and have a responsibility to serve as role models and mentors,” he said. “I am excited to be in a position to help associates and those who are new to the business develop the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve their goals.”
