Roseland-based Mandelbaum Barrett P.C. recently said that Partner Andrew Bronsnick has been named co-chair of the firm’s Personal Injury Practice Group. Partner Joseph Peters and Senior Counsel Joseph Discenza also serve as co-chairs of the practice group.
Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a civil trial attorney, Bronsnick serves clients in both New Jersey and New York. He has recovered millions in awards and settlements for his clients in New Jersey since 1997 and has extensive trial experience handling matters.
A member of the workers’ compensation practice, Bronsnick assists clients in cases of business litigation and professional malpractice and represents medical providers against insurance companies. Bronsnick also litigates on behalf of small businesses and medical practices in state and federal courts on issues including commercial and partnership disputes, insurance fraud, ERISA litigation and medical compliance issues.

Bronsnick is an active member of the Essex County Bar Association and served as a trustee from 2013 to 2018. Admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, Maryland and the District of Columbia, he earned a J.D. from Washington College of Law at American University, and a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
