Bruce Springsteen announced Tuesday that he will play two shows at MetLife Stadium on Aug. 30 and Sept. 1 — part of 22 shows being added to his world tour. The even better news for Springsteen fans: He’ll also play two shows in Philadelphia (Aug. 16 and 18) as well as having stops in Washington, D.C., Baltimore, Foxborough, Massachusetts, Pittsburgh and Syracuse, New York.

Springsteen, currently on the first leg of his tour, will play at Prudential Center on April 14 — one of five area shows.
