A 4,830-square-foot medical office space in Chatham was leased to Helpings Hands Family, an autism service provider, according to a Tuesday announcement from NAI James E. Hanson.
Located at 330 Main St., the asset is a single-tenant, 4,830-square-foot medical office building with 14 on-site parking spaces. The property is within walking distance to the Chatham train station, nearby shops and restaurants and has proximity to Route 24 as well as Interstates 78, 80 and 287 and the Garden State Parkway.
Through marketing the property’s strategic location and flexibility to a range of uses, NAI James E. Hanson attracted Helping Hands Family to the building.
NAI James E. Hanson’s Andrew Kirshenbaum represented the landlord, 330 Main Street, Chatham LLC, in the transaction with the tenant, which was represented by Zach Schwartz of MSC Retail Inc.
Helping Hands Family has locations in five states across the Northeast. The service’s goal is to help parents and referral sources navigate the path to starting therapy and fostering continuous improvement over the course of treatment.
