Paris Ackerman law firm relocates HQ to East Hanover

The law firm Paris Ackerman LLC recently completed a relocation to 120 Eagle Rock Ave. in East Hanover, according to a Wednesday announcement from Barbara Gross, executive vice president, Sheldon Gross Realty, who negotiated the lease. This is Gross’ third transaction on behalf of Paris Ackerman, which specializes in franchise law.

The significantly larger, new headquarters location provides key amenities the firm was seeking — proximity to the previous office, major highway access, a large café, fitness center and additional conference rooms. In addition, every office features glass, interior walls to bring in natural light, and there’s a large, collaborative kitchen area.

“Barbara has worked with us since the founding of our firm in 2009 — working just as hard then to find a short-term sublease of just a few offices as she did now, 14 years later, on our much larger, state-of-the-art office relocation,” David Paris, one of Paris Ackerman’s founding partners, said. “We rely on her market knowledge and negotiating skills, as well as helping us find resources for the many facets involved in a new office space.”
