Colliers Engineering & Design on Wednesday announced it has relocated its corporate headquarters to the Bell Works complex in Holmdel.
Bell Works is the reimagination of the historic former Bell Labs building, a one-of-a kind “metroburb” and destination for business and culture, perfectly situated in Central Jersey only one mile from Exit 114 off the Garden State Parkway.
“This world-class office space better accommodates our staff in an expanded, collaborative environment, with more meeting and presentation space, and upgraded technology at their disposal,” Kevin Haney, CEO and president of Colliers Engineering & Design, said. “We’re very excited to be moving into this premier environment.”
Growing into the Bell Works space is in line with the company’s strategic plan to continue expanding its capabilities in a creative, innovative environment while accelerating success for its clients.
“We have been occupying the Red Bank location for almost 20 years, during which time, we’ve grown from about 50 to over 300 employees in that location alone,” Leonardo Ponzio, executive vice president and chief administrative officer at Colliers Engineering & Design, said. “This move will enhance our capacity to continue to expand while maintaining the high-quality services we are known for.”
Colliers Engineering & Design currently has over 2,200 employees located in more than 60 offices nationwide. The move is scheduled to be completed by mid-February.
