CSG Law relocates HQ to 120K sq. ft. space in Roseland

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi P.C. recently announced it welcomed its employees, clients and the community to its 120,000-square-foot headquarters at 105 Eisenhower Parkway in Roseland.

CSG Law said the office has been custom-designed with the goal of establishing a workplace for tomorrow that meets the needs of an ever-growing employee and client base.

The CSG Law logo appears prominently on the building’s newly renovated façade.

Inside, the firm’s dedicated conference center features 16 rooms named after historical county courthouses, celebrating the firm’s Garden State heritage. From a multipurpose suite with an expansive reception area to more intimate board rooms and an exterior patio, the space will allow the firm to host a wide variety of client meetings and events.

“Intrinsic in the design of the office are a host of efficiencies and a fully integrated technology experience that allow for increased productivity and collaboration,” Francis J. Giantomasi, chair of the Lease Committee, said.

Giantomasi handled all areas of this process, including choosing the location, negotiating the lease and working closely with designers to create a state-of-the-art office.

“Our new headquarters was designed to enable the firm to continue to deliver a full range of legal services to our valued clients, in an even more cost-effective manner,” Jeffrey S. Chiesa, member of the Executive Committee of CSG Law, added. “Over the life of the lease, this office will provide significant savings and provides the foundation for the next generation of CSG Law leaders.”

“In 2022, we celebrated the firm’s 50th anniversary, and now, as we start 2023, we mark a new beginning for our firm,” said Patricia K. Costello, managing member of the firm. “We are looking forward to building upon our past growth and moving forward together during this exciting time.”

Practice area floors feature various amenities, including dedicated pantries, common areas and internal meeting spaces. All areas have been designed to maximize the wellness and productivity of the team by providing access to natural light, advanced HEPA air filtration systems and sound masking technology.
