Lee & Associates New Jersey on Tuesday announced it appointed two new assistant vice presidents, having promoted industrial brokerage specialists Joseph Komitor and William Ziegler. The appointments support the commercial real estate firm’s strategic growth initiatives in the Garden State.
Komitor and Ziegler joined the Elmwood Park-based company as associates in the Industrial Brokerage Division. Komitor has been with the firm since 2021, and Ziegler was hired shortly after serving as an intern in 2019.
“Rewarding outstanding performance is critical to our success as an organization that prioritizes growth from within,” Lee & Associates’ Jason Lynch, principal, said. “Joe and Will exemplify the caliber of professionals who are helping us take our industrial brokerage platform — and the company — to a new level.”
Komitor, who assists with private and institutional agency leasing, site selection, tenant representation and property acquisition and disposition in New Jersey and throughout the Northeast, has been involved in over 1 million square feet of transactions during his tenure with the firm.
“I enjoy being part of an organization that provides the resources and mentoring to support professional development and encourages entrepreneurship,” Komitor said. “As a broker, I am not defined by one asset class or geographic location. Our entire team works collaboratively to put together deals whenever and wherever they can be made.”
Ziegler specializes in landlord and tenant representation in the northern New Jersey market. His expertise includes helping tenants identify markets and properties that fit their needs and ensuring that lease negotiations proceed as seamlessly as possible. His work with landlords includes marketing properties and partnering with other brokers to secure suitable tenants.
“From the company founders to the newest employees, everyone here fosters a sense of community around the common goal of growing the business,” Ziegler said. “Senior leadership has supported and guided me since I started here, and this promotion is reflective of the hard work and collective accomplishments of my entire team.”
