The Culinary Depot on Wednesday announced it recently opened its fifth location, this time in Lakewood.
The Spring Valley, New York-based retail store, known for its commercial kitchen equipment and supplies, has its newest location at 500 Oberlin Ave. S. The store offers all types of commercial kitchen equipment, including tabletop glassware, flatware, furniture, refrigeration, ovens, janitorial supplies and equipment. The Lakewood site also includes offices and a warehouse for local deliveries.
Sholem Potash, president and founder, said: “We’ve had some of our top salespeople working out of Lakewood for several years now. It was only natural to open a store there. Our first and foremost goal is serving our customers, and the store will allow them to see and feel the equipment they are considering.”

The hours of Culinary Depot are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Culinary Depot is closed on Saturday.
