Morristown-based G.S. Wilcox & Co. on Monday announced that it completed $15 million in financing for the Madison Corporate Campus in Fairfield. Arranged by Principal David Fryer, the funding was secured through Ohio National Life Insurance Co., marking the second time G.S. Wilcox & Co. has secured financing for the subject in the past 20 years.
The property comprises 350,000 square feet and is highly accessible via Interstate 287, Route 3 and the Garden State Parkway. The immediate neighborhood consists of many industrial and flex warehouses that boast a collective vacancy rate under 2%.
