Woodmont Properties expands construction team with 2 key hires

Woodmont Properties, a leading owner-developer and manager of multifamily and commercial properties. announced Monday that it recently welcomed two new professionals to its team.

Thomas Anderson has been brought on as senior project manager and Ryan Doyle as project manager for Woodmont’s latest luxury apartment community, Woodmont Forge.

Together, Anderson and Doyle will oversee the construction of the 300-unit luxury residential community in Hopewell, as well as some of the Fairfield-based developer’s other multifamily developments.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Thomas and Ryan to the Woodmont family as we continue to expand our multifamily portfolio in 2023,” Eric Witmondt, Woodmont Properties’ CEO, said. “Each professional possesses a novel skill-set and wealth of industry knowledge, and we are confident that they will directly contribute to Woodmont’s current and future endeavors.”

Anderson brings over 25 years of experience in the homebuilding industry to his new role. Throughout his career, Anderson has held various managerial positions at different stages in the development lifecycle, spanning land development, construction, quality assurance and customer service. His wide-ranging experience and breadth of knowledge in residential construction are pivotal to his new role overseeing Woodmont’s residential community in Hopewell.

Meanwhile, Doyle spent the last seven years as a residential construction manager, working on multifamily and single-family home projects. His involvement and team mentorship were instrumental in several initiatives, including the construction of 14 model homes and nine communities spanning multiple municipalities. Before entering the homebuilding industry, Doyle served five years in the Marine Corps on active duty as a helicopter mechanic.
