More than 425 supporters of Jefferson Health – New Jersey attended the recent fundraising 2023 Gala held at Atlantic City’s Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa. The event raised nearly $600,000 to support various programs and services offered by the health care system. The iconic, soulful Kool & the Gang provided entertainment.
Community members put on their dancing shoes for a good cause: Proceeds from this year’s Gala will benefit various Jefferson programs in New Jersey.
The event kicked off with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, then dinner and the concert. Also, the “Giving Tank” — a program to encourage employee creativity in the use of Gala proceeds and philanthropic support for Jefferson’s New Jersey health care initiatives — took place, with $25,000 presented.
