Bussel Realty Retail Services, a division of Bussel Realty Corp., on Wednesday said it represented the landlord in leasing 1,530 square feet at Veronica Plaza, 1165 Route 27, in Somerset, a 30,000-square-foot neighborhood retail center.
Chandler Vanderbeek, vice president, and Connor Vanderbeek, vice president, of BRC Retail Services, represented the landlord, Adoni Property Group LLC. The tenant, Dollars Up, was represented by Kislak Commercial Real Estate Services.
“We were able to secure this prime retail location for Dollars Up in the bustling submarket of Somerset, which has strong demographics and density,” Chandler Vanderbeek said. “The retailer will utilize the space to offer its line of discount products ranging from electronics to party and kitchen supplies.”
