Riker Danzig said it recently welcomed a new associate to its Morristown firm. Associate Ashley Duckworth has been named to the Estate Planning & Administration Group.
Duckworth has experience in drafting complex estate planning documents, including last wills and testaments, revocable trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, spousal lifetime access trusts and grantor-retained annuity trusts for high net worth clients.
Duckworth received her J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 2020, where she was co-president of the Tax Law Society and served as a Research Burks Scholar. While there, she was a note editor of the Washington & Lee Journal of Civil Rights & Social Justice. Duckworth received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Wofford College in 2017.
Following law school, Duckworth served as a clerk to Judge Vito Bianco, New Jersey Tax Court.
