Stone Creek Construction Group began 2023 delivering three commercial real estate projects in the central New Jersey market, according to a Tuesday announcement from Michael Bruno, president of the Matawan-based firm.
Located in Middlesex County, the first project is a design-build renovation of a 38,000-plus-square-foot industrial building. Acquired by Bridge Logistics Properties in early 2022, the site work included an upgrade of the fire sprinkler systems, new lighting package, new electrical service upgrade and new mechanical equipment. The work also entailed repaving of the site, hardscape upgrades, six new dock doors and accessories. Office space was also renovated with modifications to the layout.
Helping landlords and brokers present their leasing opportunities to prospects, SCCG worked on a second project, the complete renovation and fit-out of a Class A spec suite in Red Bank. A custom-built oak accent fin-wall is a key aesthetic in the space, yet also provides a privacy feature for the entryway.
Rounding out the trio of projects, SCCG served as general contractor on the recent renovation and fit-out of a state-of-the-art medical office in Monmouth County focused on therapy and recovery. The 4,000-square-foot facility is a new location for the medical group, featuring a prominent new entrance, plus evaluation and treatment rooms in a first floor space.
