A commercial property in Westfield has been sold for $650,000, in a deal brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty President Marcy Gross and Vice President Eric Weston.
Located on South Avenue West, the 1,500-square-foot space will be home to 40 Dreams Catering, which prepares and then delivers meals for seniors.
“Westfield is a tightly knit, upscale community, making it an ideal location for what 40 Dreams Catering provides,” Weston said. “I expect the business to quickly become a recognized local fixture.”
Less than a three-mile drive from both from Interstate 78 and the Garden State Parkway, the South Avenue West property is just a short distance from Scotch Plains.
