Azarian Realty Co. has brokered a pair of lease deals in Middlesex County, it announced recently.
In the first transaction, Inspire Physical Therapy has leased 1,192 square feet at the Shoppes at North Brunswick, on Routes 1 & 130 in North Brunswick. This will be the business’s first location.
James Azarian of Azarian Realty Co. represented the landlord, while Ginamarie Pizzola of Keller Williams represented the tenant.
In the second transaction, Dr. Anuj Kapadia has leased 2,736 square feet at Plaza K Shopping Center, on Route 1 South in Woodbridge.
Kevin Pelio of Azarian represented the landlord, while Matthew Amato of Shire Realty and Reed Wrisley of Practice Real Estate Group represented the tenant.
Azarian is the exclusive leasing and managing agent for both shopping centers.
