Alfred Sanzari Enterprises on Thursday said Newman, Simpson & Cohen LLP signed a new lease for 5,909 square feet of office space at Court Plaza North, located at 25 Main St. in Hackensack.
Sanzari was represented by Vice President of Leasing and Marketing Stephen Jennings and Winne Banta Basralian & Kahn P.C. provided legal services for the transaction. The tenant was represented by Alexander Anderson Real Estate Group’s Josh Folco.
