Nehmad Davis & Goldstein adds one to commercial litigation team

Nehmad Davis & Goldstein announced Friday that attorney Michael Donio joined the Egg Harbor Township-based firm, where he will continue to focus on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, land use and appellate litigation.

Before joining Nehmad Davis & Goldstein, Donio previously served in the commercial litigation department of a regional South Jersey law firm, where he worked on general commercial disputes, oppressed shareholder disputes and estate disputes. Additionally, Donio regularly appeared before the Gloucester County Superior Court and the Vicinage XV (Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem) Chancery Court.

“I know that I’m speaking for everybody here as I welcome Mike to the firm. We are very excited at the prospect of working alongside someone with Mike’s skills and experience. I think it will be a rewarding adventure for us all, and I can’t wait to see what we can achieve together” Managing Partner Eric Goldstein stated.

Donio comes from a family with strong ties to the Hammonton community. His father, Judge Michael A. Donio, served 20 years on the bench, where he was often assigned and presided over high-profile cases.

Donio is a member of the Atlantic County Bar Association. He graduated cum laudefrom Villanova University with a degree in philosophy and attended the Villanova University School of Law. While pursuing his law degree, Donio interned for the late Hon. Carol E. Higbee, and the Hon. Bernard DeLury. After law school, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. Julio Mendez, (retired) in the New Jersey Atlantic County Superior Court, where he primarily worked on prerogative writ matters.
