3 N.J. companies to be honored at ACG N.J. event for being models of innovation

Three New Jersey companies will be honored for their innovative strategies, nurturing a culture that encourages continuous excellence and demonstrating sustained growth as a result of their efforts at the 2023 Association for Corporate Growth New Jersey Corporate Growth Conference and Awards event, the group announced Tuesday.

The honorees:

  • Bardess Group, a business management consulting firm in Randolph (it will be represented by CEO Barbara Pound);
  • Melinta Therapeutics, a pharmaceutical company in Parsippany-Troy Hills (it will be represented by CEO Christine Ann Miller);
  • Prince Sterilization, a pharmaceutical lab in Pine Brook (it will be represented by CEO Daniel Prince).

ACG N.J. President M.J. Jolda said the three stood out from other nominees.

“These companies distinguished themselves by their rigorous commitment to innovation, excellence and corporate growth,” she said.

Event Chair Christian Amato said the large number of entries allowed the group to create an additional category: An Entrepreneur and Community Leadership Award, which will be presented to Gary Fisch, founder and CEO of Gary’s Wine & Marketplace.

“The continued growth of New Jersey corporations through innovation and community support has been phenomenal,” Amato said.
