New and existing rewards customers can earn 5X faster, every day, for all of 2023

Tropicana Atlantic City is proud to announce the opening of the Caesars Rewards Experience Center, the first of its kind in Atlantic City.

Tropicana Atlantic City is opening a new, innovative concept that was designed to provide an interactive, personalized and seamless experience to Caesars Rewards members. The Caesars Rewards Experience Center will make it easier and faster to offer guests exceptional customer service and earn rewards credits through digital migration.

In celebration of the center’s opening Friday, the first 50 customers who sign up for Caesars Rewards between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win big. Four winners will receive a tier upgrade and one grand prize winner will receive the Ultimate Caesars Rewards VIP Experience (value up to $1,500).

Caesars said new and existing customers will be able to enjoy the best comp earning Atlantic City has to offer by being a Rewards Member, earning Reward Credits five times faster, every day, while playing their favorite slots and table games in the casino and by enjoying nightlife, dining, hotel stays and other nongaming forms of entertainment at Caesars Entertainment resorts.

The more members play, the more they earn, and the more they can redeem their Reward Credits. Credits can be used to experience il Verdi’s newest beachfront location at Tropicana, premier shops in the Quarter, live music, cocktail lounges, quick service dining from Bobby Flay and Guy Fieri, and several other new offerings such as Nobu Atlantic City, Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen and the live entertainment residency, Spiegelworld, set to open in June, all part of Caesars Atlantic City’s $200 million property transformation.

“We are thrilled to bring this cutting-edge concept to Tropicana Atlantic City and further elevate Atlantic City’s Best Player’s Club with a best-in-class loyalty center,” Joe Giunta, senior vice president and general manager for Tropicana Atlantic City, said.

“We designed the new Caesars Rewards Experience Center to be high-tech, high-touch — inspired by what we thought a casino of the future would look like, but still offering the exceptional, personalized service our loyal customers expect,” Guinta added.

“With an unparalleled $400 million investment, including new rooms and suites; world-class restaurants and entertainment; property upgrades; and much more, it was important to us to double down on our commitment to our Caesars Rewards customers and offer them the best comp earning in Atlantic City,” John Koster, regional president for Caesars Entertainment’s Eastern Division, said.
