Eileen Oakes Muskett has been named head of Fox Rothschild’s office in Atlantic City and Vincent Vietti has been named leader of its office in Princeton, the law firm announced.
The promotions, which were announced last Friday, were two of five office manager changes announced by the firm, effective April 1.
“Our office managing partners work tirelessly to help us achieve our strategic initiatives as a firm with locations throughout the United States, while playing a pivotal role in helping to draw in top legal talent across the country,” firmwide Managing Partner Mark Morris said.
“Our outgoing leaders have done a superb job during their tenure in this role, and we are confident this new group will build upon that framework.”
Muskett, who replaces Eric Wood in Atlantic City, also serves as co-chair of the firm’s Product Liability & Mass Torts Group. She has an extensive litigation practice that encompasses pharmaceutical, mass tort and product litigation, as well as employment disputes. And she is well-versed in handling labor and employment law matters.
Muskett co-chairs the firm’s nationwide Women’s Initiative, as well.
Vietti, who succeeds Gerard Norton in Princeton, is an experienced corporate lawyer who also co-chairs the firm’s Public Companies Practice.
Vietti regularly handles matters pertaining to federal and state securities law, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital and corporate finance, corporate governance, corporate control transaction and general corporate and commercial matters.
