Practice Real Estate Group announced it recently facilitated a new lease agreement for 2,500 square feet in Chesterfield, bringing a dental practice to the downtown area.
The group’s Reed Wrisley was integral in securing the space for Inspire Dental.
With over 39,000 square feet of retail space and close proximity to the heavily trafficked Chesterfield Elementary School, this spot could not be more ideal for Inspire.
Fennelly Associates‘ Pat Dintrone worked together with Wrisley to negotiate the 10-year-long term lease in several months of negotiations.
“We’re excited to have Inspire Dental open in the Old York Village Shopping Center,”
Wrisley said. “This space will provide them all they need to grow their business and
welcome new patients.”
The complex offers 34 low-rise apartment-style units found at the intersection of Old
York Road and Saddle Way.
