Q&A: A quick look at the Feliciano School of Business at Montclair State University

What areas or disciplines does your business school specialize in?

  • Accounting
  • Business analytics
  • Human resources management

What are three unique classes at the school?

Business Ethics and Social Impact: Students are introduced to the social impact of business and also examine ethical decision-making frameworks and approaches at the individual, organizational and systemic levels. Theories are applied to real-world situations through case analysis.

Applied Business Strategy: This capstone course challenges students to integrate and build on the knowledge and skills acquired in the business core courses in the formulation and implementation of strategy through processes such as industry analysis, value chain analysis, SWOT analysis, and analysis of strategic success including financial performance.
