Cushman & Wakefield on Wednesday said the real estate services firm has arranged a 7,642-square-foot lease renewal for Blue Hill Data Services at 3434 Route 22 in Branchburg.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Sean Brady represented the tenant in the transaction.
