Chambers joins NJBIA’s Women Business Leaders Council

Birdia Chambers, a social media and digital strategist who founded Epic Transformation and also works as a real estate investor and adviser, was named to the Women Business Leaders Council of the New Jersey Business & Industry Association.

Chambers joins a council that includes Lorena Mosquera, workflow strategist, Paradigm Marketing and Design; Sally-Jo O’Brien, director of executive coaching, Human Emergence Group; and Stephanie Staub, director of infrastructure and energy strategy and workforce partnership, New Jersey Community Colleges Consortium.

“We are thrilled to have Birdia join our very engaged Women Business Leaders Council that helps us lead our mission to advance New Jersey women executives,” NJBIA CEO Michele Siekerka said. “The expertise she brings to the table will help steer the informative programs and events that provide businesswomen with the tools and resources to prosper.”

The Women Business Leaders Council works to advance the next generation of women executives by providing information, educational opportunities and an open exchange of ideas though online programs and in-person events.

Chambers also will be a presenter at the NJBIA’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Summit on Tuesday.

The New Jersey Women Business Leaders Forum, powered by NJBIA, which is the largest professional women’s conference in New Jersey, brings together hundreds of businesspeople every September for two days of executive TED-style talks and valuable breakout sessions, coaching and network opportunities.
