NAI James E. Hanson on Tuesday said it helped negotiate a lease for 32,895 square feet of industrial/flex space in Allendale.
Hanson’s Kenneth Lundberg, Patrick Lennon and Lorenzo Lambiase are the exclusive brokerage team for the property and represented the landlord, Allendale Property, in the transaction with the tenant, US Med-Equip, which was represented by Hanson’s Thomas Vetter and Jeff Demagistris.
Located at 1 Pearl Court, the property is a 46,400-square-foot, single-story industrial/flex building located in Allendale Industrial Park, a seven-building, 370,000-square-foot campus that is owned and managed by Camber Real Estate Partners and Advance Realty Investors. Situated directly off Route 17, each property within the park has individual storefronts and dedicated loading areas to meet the needs of tenants across various industries.
Recognizing their unmatched expertise in representing tenants and a track record of proven results in the northern New Jersey industrial market, USME tapped Hanson to identify the right space for their expansion needs.
USME offers medical equipment rentals, hospital equipment rentals, medical equipment sales and more to top hospitals across the nation.
“Anytime a company is expanding, it’s crucial that they secure space that can not only fit their needs today, but one that can accommodate for their evolving needs in the future,” Vetter said. “In this case, USME needed more space and wanted to remain in Allendale, so we were happy to leverage our local market knowledge to provide options that aligned with their vision. We wish them the best of luck at their new location.”
